ADMV8420 Tunable Band-Pass Filters

Analog Devices Inc. ADMV8420 Tunable Band-Pass Filters are monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC) with user-selectable passband frequency. The ADMV8420 features a 3dB filter bandwidth of approximately 20% and a 20dB filter bandwidth of approximately 40%. The center frequency (fCENTER) varies between 11GHz to 20GHz by applying a center frequency control voltage between 0V to 15V. This tunable filter is a smaller alternative to switched filter banks and cavity-tuned filters.
