Sicma Panel-Through Sealed & Unsealed Connectors

Aptiv Sicma Panel-Through Sealed and Unsealed Connectors are ideal for door-to-body, cockpit-to-engine, or battery-to-inverter (HEV/EV) solutions. These connectors feature a compact size for panel-mount applications and electrical links passing through a wall. The mat-sealed version offers a circular through-hole for convenience while the unsealed version utilizes a retractable protecting grid for male terminals to avoid pin bending. Aptiv Sicma Panel-Through Sealed and Unsealed Connectors offer a 2G or 3G vibration rating, range of cavity count (ways) and cavity configurations, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

Sicma Mini-Sealed Connectors

Aptiv Sicma Mini-Sealed Connectors are compatible with the standard interface footprints of several devices used in automobiles and commercial vehicles. These connectors provide reliable inline harness sectioning and mechanical coding. They offer a compact mat-sealed design around a 1.5mm or 2.8mm terminal. Other features include jet-spray water protection, 25G vibration rating, <80N connector mating force, and IP68/IPX9K sealing protection. Aptiv Sicma Mini-Sealed Connectors are well suited for use in body and chassis applications as well as in engine compartments.

Sicma Connectors

Aptiv Sicma Connectors feature a comprehensive range of sealed and unsealed connectors and headers, including inline, panel-through, interconnect, miniature, and onboard diagnostic. The mat- or cable-sealed connectors offer IP protection and are ideally suited for harsh applications. Aptiv Sicma Connectors are available in a variety of centerline spacing options and cavity counts (ways) with 0.64mm, 1.5mm, 2.8mm, or mixed cavity configurations. Applications include engine compartments, chassis, dashboards, cockpits, and much more.
