AVHT High-Temperature Automotive-Grade Varistors

Bourns AVHT High-Temperature Automotive-Grade Varistors offer a wide range of current- and energy-handling capabilities for high-temperature environments. These multilayered varistors are transient suppressors with temperature-independent suppression characteristics, providing protection from -55°C to +150°C. The devices feature 12V, 24V, and 42V supply voltages with a low 40V to 110V clamping voltage range and <2ns response time. Bourns AVHT High-Temperature Automotive-Grade Varistors use significantly less space and pad area than silicon TVS diodes, offering greater circuit board layout flexibility. Available sizes include 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2220. These devices are ideal for automotive applications such as anti-lock brake systems, direct ignition systems, airbag controls, wiper motors, and more.

KEKO-Varicon Circuit Protection

Bourns KEKO-Varicon Circuit Protection product offering includes overvoltage protective and EMI suppression components. All KEKO-Varicon products have been fully integrated into the Bourns corporate structure. Bourns KEKO-Varicon Circuit Protection products can be designed for various low voltage board level (LVBL), telecommunication, automotive electronics, AC-line, transient voltage surge suppression (TVSS), medical, and high-energy industrial equipment applications.
