PHV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Rubycon PHV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors are high-temperature AECs that offer high ripple current and a long life of up to 4000 hours at +135°C. These chip-type modules feature dimensions ranging from 6.3mm x 6.1mm to 10mm x 16.5mm. The SMD-mount packages are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. Rubycon PHV capacitors are a hybrid type with a rated voltage range of 25VDC to 63VDC and a capacitance range of 33µF to 560µF with ±20% (+20°C, 120Hz) tolerance. The PHV series operates in a -55°C to +135°C category temperature range.
