EMC/EMI Components for Medical Devices

TE Connectivity / Schaffner EMC/EMI Components for Medical Devices offer a 250VAC to 3000VAC voltage range and a 1A to 2300A rating, depending on the model. These EMC/EMI Components offer a cost-effective approach with safety in mind while complying with various industry standards, including UL/CSA/IEC/EN. TE Connectivity / Schaffner EMC/EMI Components are ideal for CAT scanners, defibrillators, laboratory equipment, and X-ray equipment.

Filters for Medical Devices

TE Connectivity / Schaffner Filters for Medical Devices offer single- and dual-stage modules in an ultra-compact, user-friendly design. In medical technology, a variety of devices need to meet strict guidelines and must always work reliably. Schaffner offers a variety of EMC/EMI filters that meet the highly demanding requirements associated with these applications. The filters help ensure the proper, continuous and safe operation of medical devices. These filters feature up to a 250VAC voltage rating and have a maximum permissible leakage current of 0.1mA in normal operation. TE Connectivity / Schaffner Filters for Medical Devices include EMC/EMI Components, Power Line Filters, and EMC/EMI Filters.

RB EMC-EMI Common-Mode Chokes

TE Connectivity / Schaffner RB EMC-EMI Common-Mode Chokes are current-compensated chokes used to suppress EMI noise on AC power lines up to 600VAC. The chokes are also applicable in DC power lines of photovoltaic installations or similar applications up to 1000VDC. TE Connectivity / Schaffner RB EMC-EMI Common-Mode Chokes suppress EMI noise in PCB integrated filter designs with line bypass capacitors or in combination with single-phase filters for extra low leakage filter designs. The series offers models with current ratings from 16A to 50A and 2- and 3-wire configurations with horizontal and vertical PCB mounting options.

WE-CMB Common Mode Power Line Inductors (Chokes)

Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode Power Line Inductors (Chokes) feature a compact design that delivers high suppression of asymmetric interferences, even at low-frequency ranges. In addition, these inductors provide broadband screening due to a low capacitance winding technique. Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode, Power Line Inductors, are ideal for power electronics and suppressing common-mode noises. Parasitics can have a significant effect on the noise attenuation and current rating of a common mode filter. Würth designed the WE-CMB series for minimal parasitic effects over its useful frequency bandwidth so it does what it is designed to do - get rid of the noise.
