TPS25990 60A eFuse with PMBus® Digital Telemetry

Texas Instruments TPS25990 0.79mΩ, 60A eFuse with PMBus® Digital Telemetry is an integrated, high-current circuit protection/power management solution in a small 4.5mm x 5mm package with a 0.6mm pitch. The TPS25990 provides multiple protection modes using few external components and offers robust defense against overloads, short circuits, and excessive inrush current. An integrated PMBus interface allows a host controller to monitor, control, and configure the system in real-time. The Texas Instruments TPS25990 eFuse can be utilized as a standalone eFuse, or connected as a primary controller in a parallel eFuse configuration for higher current support.
