TPS6244x/TPS6244x-Q1 Dual Step-Down Converters

Texas Instruments TPS6244x/TPS6244x-Q1 Dual Step-Down Converters are pin-to-pin dual 1A, dual 2A or 3A, and 1A high-efficiency and easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converters. The TPS6244x/TPS6244x-Q1 is based on a peak current mode control topology and designed for automotive applications such as infotainment and advanced driver assistance systems. The low resistive switches enable up to 3A continuous output current and a maximum output current of up to 4A at high ambient temperature. The switching frequency is externally adjustable from 1.8MHz to 4MHz and can also be synchronized to an external clock from 2MHz to 4MHz.
