Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT Design Kits contain common sizes and capacitance values of surface-mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors for high-temperature (up to 200°C) and high-frequency applications. The MLCC kits provide 15 pieces of each part and are offered in body sizes 0402, 0603, 0805, 0505, and 1111. The design kits achieve high field reliability through design, materials, and tight process control. Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT Design Kits feature an ultra-stable dielectric material and a reliable noble metal electrode (NME) system.
