AH35xx Hall Effect Omnipolar Switches

Diodes Incorporated AH35xx Hall Effect Omnipolar Switches are high voltage, high sensitivity switch ICs designed for proximity, position, and level sensing. These hall-effect switches are optimized to operate over a supply voltage range of 3V to 28V. The AH35xx switches incorporate chopper stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator that provides a reliable solution over the whole operating range. These hall-effect switches employ a reverse blocking diode with a Zener clamp on the supply, an over-current limit, and a Zener clamp on the output. The AH35xx switches provide an output that can be switched on with a south or north pole of sufficient strength. Typical applications include position and proximity sensing, open and close detect, position detection, level detection, flow meters, and contact-less switches.
