The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.

Nexperia PMEG050V030x/-Q Schottky Barrier Rectifiers offer very low forward voltage and high power capability via clip-bond technology. The PMEG050V030x-Q is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and suggested for use in automotive applications. The PMEG050V030x/-Q are ideal for high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, low voltage rectification, and freewheeling applications. The PMEG050V030x/-Q rectifiers are encased in a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead SMD plastic package.
