Diodes Incorporated BAS70 Schottky Diodes and Arrays are surface-mount devices with low turn-on voltage. These fast switching diodes are Green devices, Lead-free, and RoHS compliant. The BAS70 diodes are available in different packages. 

Electrical Characteristics for BAS70/BAS70TW:

  • 70V DC blocking voltage (VR)
  • Instantaneous forward current (IF) is 1mA
  • Forward voltage (maximum) VF MAX at 25ºC is 0.41V
  • Reverse current (maximum) IR MAX at 25ºC is 0.1µA
