ROHM Semiconductor SML-D13x Mini-Mold Chip LEDs are based on original device technology that enables high brightness and reliability. These ROHM Semiconductor SML-D13x LEDs are available in yellow-green, orange, red, and green variants with a luminous intensity rating from 20mcd to 120mcd. The SML-D13x LEDs operate at 20mA forward current, 2V/2.1V forward voltage, and 5V reverse voltage. These SML-D13x LEDs are available in 1.6mm x 0.55mm x 0.8mm dimensions with a 0603 package.
