Vishay Semiconductors VLMx334 Power SMD LEDs

Vishay Semiconductors VLMx334 Power SMD LEDs are designed to incorporate larger chips, therefore, capable of withstanding a 70mA drive current. The Vishay Semiconductors VLMx334 comes in a PLCC-2 package, and it consists of a lead frame that is embedded in a white thermoplast. The reflector inside the package is filled with clear epoxy. Typical applications include traffic signals; interior and exterior lighting; dashboard illumination; indicator and backlighting purposes for audio, video, LCDs switches, symbols, and illuminated advertising.
